Hi, I’m Lisa
I’m a Realtor with a designer’s eye, and I’ve been helping Phoenix families buy and sell homes for over 16 years.
Here’s the short version of what that means. I’ve never been able to walk into a house and see only square footage. I see a canvas. I see what a room could be once the right wall comes down, or the right light goes up, or somebody finally paints over that builder beige. That started as a passion for design, and somewhere along the way it became the thing that makes me good at real estate.
Two jobs, one eye
Most agents can tell you what a house costs. I can tell you what it could become.
For sellers, that means I know which changes actually matter before we list. Not a gut renovation. The specific, targeted things that make buyers stop scrolling and come see it in person. Light, paint, flow, staging. The stuff that shows up in the offer.
For buyers, it means I can help you see past the dated wallpaper and the tired carpet to the home underneath. Some of the best houses I’ve ever sold were the ones nobody else could picture.
Why my clients send me their friends
About 95% of my business comes from referrals.
I’m prouder of that number than anything else I could put on this page. It means past clients trusted me once, then trusted me enough to hand me their sister, their neighbor, their best friend. You don’t get that by being the loudest agent in the room. You get it by answering your phone, telling people the truth, and sticking around after the paperwork is signed.
Every style, every neighborhood
I live in a historic home in the Coronado Historic District here in Phoenix, so yes, I have a soft spot for old bones and the kind of character you simply cannot build new.
But I sell every kind of home, and I love it that way. After 16 years and thousands of homes, I’ve walked through just about every style the Valley has to offer. Historic bungalows in Coronado and Willo. New builds. Midcentury. Ranch homes. Custom estates. Every single one of them has something worth finding, and my job is to find it for you.
My own aesthetic is what I call Modern Heritage: good bones, curated antiques, a little shine, and always something unexpected. If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m not afraid of a disco ball.
Let’s find your next one
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling one you’ve loved for years, or just starting to wonder what your house is worth, I’d love to help.
